Integration questions
- Why are there no logos on this page?
- Because a wall of logos implies every one of those connections is live and supported, and during the founding-hotel phase that would not be true. We would rather show categories with an honest status and answer specific questions directly.
- Does WingPMS connect to the channel we sell through?
- Ask us about the specific channel and we will tell you where that connection currently stands — live, in development, or not planned. We will not imply coverage we do not have, because you would find out during implementation anyway.
- Can we keep our existing channel manager?
- That is the intended setup. WingPMS holds your operational records; a channel manager handles distribution. They do different jobs, and most properties selling through channels run both.
- Is there an API?
- Available on request, primarily for groups with an existing system to connect. If integration is central to your decision, raise it in the first working session rather than late in the process.
